On Saturday 5 April 2025, as the final whistle blows in our match against Andorra, an era will come to an end. Andrew Binikos, the Head Coach of Cyprus Rugby, will be stepping down, closing a monumental chapter in the history of the federation.

From the Very Beginning
From the very first game in 2007 against Greece, where he proudly wore the jersey as a player, to leading The Mouflons through their record-breaking winning streak, and finally, steering the squad from the sidelines as Head Coach—Andrew has been a cornerstone of Cyprus Rugby. His passion, commitment and leadership have left an undeniable mark on this team and this country.

To many, Andrew has been more than a coach—he has been a teammate, mentor and friend. He has bled for this team, fought for every victory, and inspired countless players to give their all for the badge. Cyprus Rugby is in his heart, and his legacy will forever be woven into the fabric of this sport.
To Andrew Binikos, we say thank you—for everything. Your dedication, sacrifices, and unwavering belief in this team have meant the world to us. You will always be a Mouflon. 💛💙
