On Saturday 16 December 2023, a World Rugby level 1 Strength and Conditioning Course took place in Limassol. Four personnel attended the course and all participants passed their level 1 World Rugby Strength and Conditioning course.
This World Rugby certificated course develops coaches to integrate some basic conditioning and strength training relevant to the age and stage of players into their regular training plans.
The Cyprus Rugby Federation would like to thank the Netherlands Rugby for helping with a World Rugby 1 Strength and Conditioning Educator to deliver this course.
